Oaths of Witnesses of 1850

On this the 10th day of April AD 1850 personally appeard before the undersigned an acting Justice of the Peace for the State and County aforesaid William Blevins and [large ink blot] Henry Smith Who being duly according to law declare that they were personally acquainted for many years with the late Isaac Cooper [decd?] and his wife Jane Cooper the accompining affiant and were present at her marriage to Isaac Cooper [on or?] about the [21st?] day of [January?] 1823 and that she yet remains a widow

Sworn to and subscribed before me
on the day and year above written

I do hereby certify that the above named affiants William Blevins and Henry Smith are persons entitled to credit given under my hand the 10th of April AD 1850

Majors Clerk of said County do certify that George C White whose signature appears to the foregoing affidavits & certificate is and was at the time of [CoKing?] the same and acting justice of the peace in and for said county duly commissioned and sworn (and that his said signature is Genuine,) and that full faith and credit is [due?] of right to be given all his acts as such.

William Blevins and makes oath in due form of law that Polly, Gaines, Mima, and Nancy Cooper are minor Children of Isaac and Jane Cooper and were under the age of sixteen years at the time of the death of their Father Isaac Cooper, [Decd?]
