To the County Board of Pension Examiners of Jackson County, Alabama, I, Malinda Cooper the widow of the late Peter Cooper, who died on 23rd March 1915 and at the time of his death was on the pension roll of Jackson County. Under Section 10 of an act approved April 24th, 1911, I respectfully ask that my name be placed on the pension roll of Jackson County, and I further affirm that I have not remarried since the death of my husband, and that I married him prior to July 1st, 1909.
