|belonging to Jacob Headrick a resident of said County & State who is the head of a family. Cuncisting? of Seven minor children all under sixteen years of age to wit: Lucy .J. Headrick, Mildred F. Headrick, Sally Headrick, Andrew .J. Headrick, Minnesota Headrick, Martin Headrick, Cornilia Headrick, and claims said following schedule of property to be exempt from levy and sale under section 2040 of the Code 1873. and amendments thereto. & your pertition will every pray & c|
