Headrick, Sally Headrick, Andrew .J. Headrick, Minnesota Headrick, Martin Headrick, Cornilia Headrick, and claims said following schedule of property to be exempt from levy and sale under section 2040 of the Code 1873. and amendments thereto. & your pertition will every pray & c |

One old wagon. 50 Bushels of Corn. 1000 lbs of fodder. Table & chairs. Cooking Glass. One water bucket. All of said House hold & kitchen furnature of less value than one hundred & fifty Dollars. |
