belonging to Jacob Headrick a resident of said County & State who is the head of a family. Cuncisting? of Seven minor children all under sixteen years of age to wit: Lucy .J. Headrick, Mildred F. Headrick, Sally Headrick, Andrew .J. Headrick, Minnesota Headrick, Martin Headrick, Cornilia Headrick, and claims said following schedule of property to be exempt from levy and sale under section 2040 of the Code 1873. and amendments thereto. & your pertition will every pray & c

Provisions for family. Seventy five Dollars worth.
Three feather beds &~bedsteads & clothing for each

Ordinary Cooking utensils & table crockey.
Wearing apparel for family. One old wagon.
50 Bushels of Corn. 1000 lbs of fodder.
Table & chairs. Cooking Glass. One water bucket.
All of said House hold & kitchen furnature of less value
than one hundred & fifty Dollars.
