Brief Review of Beckler's Carpet Outlet in Dalton, Georgia.
My aunt and uncle came to Dalton just to buy carpet. They had planned to "visit all the outlets" (quite a task). As it turned out, they got no further than Beckler's! Beckler's answered all their questions, helped choose styles, and moved from carpets to rugs to accessories. They got through in a snap. My aunt was excited and happy at how easy it was. The people at "Beckler's knew everything," my aunt laughed. That is probably no overstatement: Beckler's has been in business since 1949, one of the original mills that was originally on Highway 41. Becklers answered all of their questions, explained differences in types, styles and weights, and showed them samples. My aunt and uncle bought their rugs, moved on to carpets, and took care of everything in that one store. Beckler's is only one store, though. If you plan to do a day trip and visit "all the outlets," you may be in for a surprise. I don't think you could do them all in a day.
