Sponsored by the Ruritan Club and Whitfield-Murray Historical Society
Proceeds from the festival are used toward the preservation and maintenance of the old Spring Place Methodist Church, a historic structure, which now houses a small museum. The festival is sponsored by Spring Place Ruritan Club and Whitfield-Murray Historical Society, a local not-for-profit organization, dedicated to the preservation of local history and cultural heritage in Whitfield and Murray County, Georgia.
